Who we are

StockholmGO is a discovery app for Stockholm. For any privacy question, contact build@ahmedjaama.com.

What we collect

• Location: used only while the app is open, to sort places by distance and plan transit routes. It is never stored on our servers.
• Preferences: interests, budget, travel time, language and theme, stored locally on your device.
• Saved places & check-ins: stored on your device, and synced to your account if you sign in.
• Account: if you sign in, your email address and authentication identifiers.

How we use it

Only to run the app: personalise recommendations, sync your saved list across devices and show live transit and weather. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising profiling.

Third parties

We request place details, photos and reviews from Google Places, map tiles from OpenStreetMap, transit data from SL/Trafiklab, and weather data from a public weather API. Authentication and saved-place storage run on our managed cloud backend. Requests to these services include only what is needed to answer them.

Retention and your rights

Saved places are kept until you delete them. You can erase everything at any time from Profile → Delete all my data, which removes your synced saved places and clears all local data on this device. To request account deletion or a copy of your data, email build@ahmedjaama.com. Under the GDPR you may access, correct, export, restrict or delete your personal data.

Children

StockholmGO is not directed at children under 13.
